Your personal data may also be gathered and processed by our processing agents. These can be: companies associated to ENGIE Electrabel (art. 11 Belgian Company Code), our callcenters, our commercial intermediaries, the network operators, competent authorities and other partners. The foregoing persons are granted access to the personal data only if strictly necessary to allow them to perform their tasks.

How can you control your personal data?

You can consult your personal data or ask for corrections to be made to it, either by visiting our website or by sending a letter with a copy of your identity card to ENGIE Electrabel CMT, Simón Bolívarlaan 34, B-1000 Brussels. You also have the right to oppose to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes, following the same procedure.
