In accordance with the Articles of Association, the company's day-to-day management and representation for purposes of this management are the tasks of the Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed by the Board. Dirk BEEUWSAERT has been Electrabel's Chief Executive Officer since April 7, 2010.
The Management has the task of assisting the Chief Executive Officer in the executive management of the company within the framework of the organisation principles of the Energy Europe & International Business Line of GDF SUEZ – under the jurisdiction of which the Electrabel group falls entirely – as described in the annex to the Corporate Governance Charter.
