In accordance with the Articles of Association, the company's day-to-day management and representation for purposes of this management are the tasks of the Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed by the Board. Jean-Pierre HANSEN has been Electrabel's Chief Executive Officer since 1 January 2005. The General Management has the task of assisting the Chief Executive Officer in the executive management of the company.
