In accordance with the Articles of Association, the company's day-to-day management and representation for purposes of this management are the tasks of the Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed by the Board. Jean-Pierre HANSEN has been Electrabel's Chief Executive Officer since 1 January 2005. The General Management has the task of assisting the Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day management of the company, bearing in mind its European strategy and the synergy among the various métiers.
