The Audit Committee is set up under the authority of the Board of Directors in application of article 14, paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association. The mission of the Audit Committee is to assist the Board of Directors in the following areas:
- Financial information;
- Internal control and risk management;
- Internal audit;
- External audit
