Appointments and Remuneration Committee

The Appointments and Remuneration Committee, hereinafter the Committee, is set up under the authority of the Board of Directors in application of article 15, paragraph 4 of the Articles of Association.

The Committee's mission consists of assisting the Board of Directors in all areas relating to the appointment and remuneration of the directors and the members of the general management.

Its members are:
