Ethics

Electrabel has adopted a Code of ethical conduct that applies to Electrabel and all the Group's companies. The Ethics unit, chaired by the Chief Ethics Officer, oversees ethics in the company's business and compliance with ethics rules applicable to the company and its personnel.

The Chief Ethics Officer draws up a report every year for the General Management dealing with ethics in the Electrabel group and remedial actions to be carried out.
